It shows what type of processor has been used to the laptop.
Intel has processor types like Intel Celeron, Intel Pentium, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, Core i9, etc, whereas AMD has Ryzen 3, Ryzen 5, Ryzen 7, Ryzen 9, etc and Apple has Apple M1, Apple M2.
RAM stands for random-access memory, RAM is essentially short-term memory where data is stored as the processor needs it.
Double Data Rate (DDR) is a version of SDRAM, a type of computer memory. In simple terms, operating at a double data rate means the RAM can transfer data two times per clock cycle. Original DDR RAM was superseded by DDR2, DDR3, and now DDR4. These are all future generations of the same technology with faster speed and other improvements and are all the same physical size.
There are 2 types of graphics memory available to laptops.
1. Shared graphics memory refers to a design where the graphics chip does not have its own dedicated memory and instead shares the main system RAM with the CPU and other components.
2. A dedicated graphics card is a fully separated processor from the CPU and has its own dedicated memory.
