Accelerometer

What is Accelerometer?

An accelerometer is a sensor that detects the orientation and movement of a tablet. It measures acceleration forces in three axes (x, y, and z) and provides data on the tablet's movement and orientation, which can be used to control various functions and apps.

In a tablet, an accelerometer can be used for a variety of purposes, including automatic screen rotation when the device is turned, controlling games and other interactive apps by tilting the tablet, and measuring physical activity and movement for fitness apps. Accelerometers are also used in conjunction with other sensors, such as gyroscopes and magnetometers, to provide a more complete picture of the tablet's orientation and movement. This data is used by the tablet's operating system and apps to provide a more immersive and interactive user experience.
