RGB

What is RGB?

RGB stands for Red, Green, Blue, and it refers to a color model used for displaying and creating digital images.

In RGB, colors are created by combining different levels of red, green, and blue light. This color model is commonly used in computer graphics, digital photography, and video editing. RGB values are typically represented as a combination of three numbers between 0 and 255, with each number representing the intensity of the corresponding color. For example, the RGB value (255, 0, 0) would represent a bright red color, while (0, 255, 0) would represent a bright green color. RGB is also used in the design and manufacture of computer hardware, particularly in the creation of RGB LED lighting. RGB LEDs allow for the creation of colorful and customizable lighting effects in computer cases, keyboards, and other peripherals. Overall, RGB is a fundamental component of digital imaging and graphics technology, and it continues to evolve to support new and advanced features such as HDR (High Dynamic Range) and wide color gamut displays.
