Cash on Delivery or COD means the price can be paid in cash at the time of delivery (available for 64 districts in Bangladesh). Customers will have to pay the shipping charge in advance in the case of COD outside Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur Bogura, Mymensingh and Barishal metropolitan areas. Payment can be done through bKash, mCash, Upay, and Rocket. Cards like Visa, MasterCard and DBBL Nexus card can be used in the payment process.

Ordered products are delivered to the address of the recipient by courier under the supervision of Ryans Computers Limited. We ship goods to 64 districts in Bangladesh. Express Delivery is available only in Dhaka metropolitan areas. Customers will get delivery within 24 hours in the Express Delivery option. 

In case of regular delivery, the product is delivered within 1 to 7 working days after the order. In addition, if you want to take express delivery in the Dhaka metropolitan area, the goods are delivered within 24 hours after the order. For express delivery, a charge is applicable. In addition, the goods are delivered to the courier points (pickup points) within 1 to 7 working days of the order. The delivery time may be a bit longer due to traffic problems.

Note that in the case of 'Pre-order' and 'Upcoming' products, the product is delivered within the time specified on the website.

Delivery charge is entirely free for all regular home deliveries in Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur Bogura, Mymensingh and Barishal metropolitan areas. Except for the mentioned areas a delivery charge will be included for the Home Delivery. Also in the case of express delivery a delivery charge will be added.

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি বা সিওডি অর্থাৎ পণ্য পৌঁছে দেবার সময় নগদে মূল্য পরিশোধ করা যায় (বাংলাদেশের ৬৪টি জেলায় এই সুবিধা পাওয়া যাবে)। ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম, খুলনা, রাজশাহী, রংপুর, বগুড়া, ময়মনসিংহ ও বরিশাল মেট্রোপলিটন এলাকার বাইরে সিওডি’র ক্ষেত্রে শিপিং চার্জ অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে। বিকাশ, এমক্যাশ, উপায় ও রকেট এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা যায়। যেকোন ভিসা ও মাস্টার কার্ড, ডিবিবিএল নেক্সাস কার্ডে পেমেন্ট করা যায়।

রায়ান্স কম্পিউটার্স লিমিটেডের তত্ত্বাবধানে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য প্রাপকের ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেয়া হয়। দেশের ৬৪টি জেলাতেই ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়। শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটন এলাকায় এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি দেয়া হয়। এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারিতে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেয়া হয়। 

নিয়মিত ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্য অর্ডারের পরবর্তী ১ থেকে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পৌঁছে দেয়া হয়। এছাড়া ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটন এলাকায় এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি নিতে চাইলে অর্ডারের পরবর্তী ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেয়া হয়, তবে সেক্ষেত্রে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য। এর বাইরে নিচে উল্লেখিত কুরিয়ার পয়েন্টে অর্ডারের ১ থেকে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেয়া হয়। যানবাহন চলাচলের সমস্যার কারণে এই সময় কিছুটা দীর্ঘায়িত হতে পারে।

উল্লেখ্য, 'Pre order' এবং 'Upcoming' পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্য অনুসারে ওয়েবসাইডে উল্লেখিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।

নিয়মিত সকল হোম ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম, খুলনা, রাজশাহী, রংপুর, বগুড়া, ময়মনসিংহ ও বরিশাল মেট্রোপলিটন এলাকায় ডেলিভারি চার্জ সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি। উল্লেখিত এলাকার বাইরে হোম ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। এছাড়াও এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ সংযুক্ত হবে।
