Services following Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021

Payment Guideline (Guidelines regarding acceptance of advance price): There are basically two ways to pay the price

• Cash on Delivery or COD: Cash can be paid on delivery.
• Advance Payment: Full or partial payment can be made by Bkash, Nagad, Bank Transfer or Visa and Mastercard.             

Guideline regarding the price of products:

• Regular Price: List price
• Special Price: Determined in accordance with the market. Special price is considered for online orders.

Product delivery time
Delivered within 1 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

'Pre order' and 'Upcoming' products, the product will be delivered within the time frame specified on the website. Due to transportation delays, product delivery time may be slightly longer than the specified time.

ডিজিটাল কমার্স নির্দেশিকা ২০২১ নীতিমালা অনুসরণ সাপেক্ষে সার্ভিস

মূল্য পরিশোধ (অগ্রিম মূল্য গ্রহণ সংক্রান্ত বিধান): মূল্য পরিশোধ মূলত দুইভাবে করা যায়

• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি বা সিওডি: পণ্য পৌঁছে দেবার সময় নগদে মূল্য পরিশোধ করা যায়।
• অগ্রিম মূল্য পরিশোধ: সম্পূর্ণ অথবা আংশিক মূল্য বিকাশ, নগদ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার অথবা ভিসা ও মাস্টার কার্ডে পরিশোধ করা যায়।             

পণ্যের মূল্যের বিবরণী (পণ্যের মূল্যের বিবরণী সংক্রান্ত বিধান)

• রেগুলার প্রাইস: তালিকা মূল্য
• স্পেশাল প্রাইস: মার্কেটের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রেখে নির্ধারন করা হয়। অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে 'স্পেশাল প্রাইস' বিবেচিত হয়।

পণ্য ডেলিভারী দেয়ার সময়সীমা
অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের পরবর্তী ১ থেকে ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পৌঁছে দেয়া হয়।

'Pre order' এবং 'Upcoming' পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্য অনুসারে ওয়েবসাইডে উল্লেখিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়। যানবাহন চলাচলের সমস্যার কারণে এই সময় কিছুটা দীর্ঘায়িত হতে পারে।

Return & Refund Policy

Flexible return policy gives customers a comfortable experience in shopping.

Customers can cancel orders any time before receiving delivery.
Customers can return products within 24 hours time of receiving delivery  on the following conditions:
All branches and pickup locations

• The package should be unopened, stickers & marking should not be removed.
• Customers have to bring the product to any of Ryans Computers Limited sales points as listed below,
  if that point finds the packaging & product intact then the return process will start.
• Payment will be refunded within 7 days from the date of return.
   

”Product does not work properly from the beginning”
– this case is treated Dead on Arrival (DOA). Customers will report to Ryans Computers Limited points about DOA within 3 days of delivery. We will bring back the product from the customer's premises and payment will be returned within 7 days. The order will be treated canceled.

”Product does not work properly after 3 days of delivery”
- this case will fall into the warranty program. customers will bring the product to any of Ryan's points for warranty claim.

If the product does not work with another device, the return will not be applicable.

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি

আমাদের রয়েছে সহজ শর্তে পণ্য ফেরতের নীতিমালা যা ক্রেতার জন্য স্বস্তিদায়ক। 

পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার আগ মুহূর্ত পর্যন্ত ক্রেতা যে কোন সময় অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন।

পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যেও ক্রেতা তাঁর পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। তবে এ ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নলিখিত শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে: 

• মোড়ক খোলা যাবে না, এবং স্টিকার ও মার্কিং কোন ভাবে সরানো যাবে না।
• ক্রেতা নিচের তালিকায় থাকা রায়ান্সের যে কোন বিক্রয়কেন্দ্রে পণ্যটি নিয়ে আসতে পারবেন, এবং সেখানে যদি যাচাই করে দেখা যায় যে মোড়ক-সহ পণ্যটি অক্ষত আছে তবেই পণ্য ফেরতের প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে। 
• পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। 

“শুরু থেকেই পণ্যটি ঠিক ভাবে কাজ করছে না” 

-এই বিষয়টি DOA (Dead on Arrival) হিসেবে গণ্য হবে। পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ক্রেতাকে DOA-এর বিষয়টি রায়ান্স কম্পিউটার্স লিমিটেডের পয়েন্টে জানাতে হবে। তখন আমরা পণ্যটি ক্রেতার কাছ থেকে নিয়ে আসব এবং পণ্যের মূল্য ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। অতঃপর, অর্ডারটি বাতিল হিসেবে গণ্য হবে। 

“হাতে পাওয়ার ৩ দিন পরে পণ্যটি ঠিক ভাবে কাজ করছে না” 

-এ ক্ষেত্রে বিষয়টি ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়বে। ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার জন্য ক্রেতা রায়ান্স কম্পিউটার্স লিমিটেডের যে কোন পয়েন্টে পণ্যটি নিয়ে আসবেন।

যদি বিষয়টি এমন হয় যে পণ্যটি অন্য আরেকটি ডিভাইসের সাথে কাজ করছে না তাহলে সেই পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে না।
