DSLR

What is DSLR?

DSLR stands for Digital Single-Lens Reflex, which refers to a type of digital camera that uses a mirror and prism system to reflect light from the lens into an optical viewfinder.

DSLRs are known for their high-quality image sensors, interchangeable lenses, and advanced controls that allow for precise adjustments to settings such as aperture, shutter speed, and ISO. They are popular among professional and advanced amateur photographers who require a high level of control and customization in their photography. DSLRs typically offer faster autofocus performance and higher frame rates compared to other types of digital cameras, making them well-suited for capturing fast action or sports photography. They can also shoot in RAW format, which preserves more image data than JPEG and allows for greater post-processing flexibility. However, DSLRs can be larger, heavier, and more expensive than other types of cameras, and may require more advanced technical knowledge to use effectively.
